About me

I’m Nina. I help teams talk to each other — properly.

Equal parts pragmatic, professional, and friendly. Expert in internal communication with a talent for helping people communicate better.

I have 15+ years of experience with communication, facilitation, employer branding, onboarding, and engagement. I’ve been both hands-on and project lead — often both at the same time — and have advised a wide range of people.

I love working with international and diverse teams. I have a deep understanding of the impact of cultural differences in teams, and I can facilitate and produce content in English just as well as Danish.

When I’m not untangling team dynamics, you’ll probably find me with a coffee in one hand, discussing the finer details of behaviour psychology, how culture can make or break a company, or how my latest D&D campaign is playing out.

A few things I believe

Communication isn’t a nice-to-have

It’s the operating system of your organisation. When it breaks, everything else breaks too.

Culture isn’t what you say it is

It’s what people experience on a Tuesday afternoon. The values on the wall mean nothing if they’re not lived.

Data beats gut feeling

You wouldn’t run your finances on vibes. Don’t run your people strategy that way either.

Growing pains are normal

They’re not a sign of failure — they’re a sign of success. But you need to address them, not ignore them.
